Spring Systems grows with new customers

Spring Systems is since 2013 working with a clear growth strategy that permeates the entire company. New customers are estimated to account for a large proportion, while existing customers at the same time can benefit from our increased competence.

In almost all types of products, there is a spring or a bent wire. We can assist companies in areas ranging from automotive to design industry. Spring Systems seeks a broader customer base both in terms of sectors and size of business.

Our strengths: speed, dialogue and quality
Spring Systems is well prepared to achieve its growth targets according to Håkan Muhr, sales manager. He speaks highly of the company’s strengths:

Muhr– We are very quick. Prototypes can quickly be developed and tested. We have always close dialogue with customers. The design department collaborates with the client to produce an optimized product. We are experts in springs and wire bending, which means that we sometimes can develop cheaper and better solutions than the original design. Here we find yet another strength, namely quality. Our knowledge and experience will help us develop the best possible products for the customer. Spring Systems is certified according to ISO TS 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Cooperation and communication
Another key strength is the cooperation within the company. We all are constantly working together to find optimal solutions for the customer.

– The communication is tight between sales, operators and engineering department. That means smart solutions regarding design, technology and price. The sooner we get into the project, the more we can bring, says Håkan Muhr.

The focus on new customers provides advantages even for existing customers. A broadening of industries, new knowledge and the purchase of additional tools and machines means that we can offer an even better service.
