Springs
Spring Systems has extensive experience of manufacturing springs and can therefore offer a high degree of competence in this field. We manufacture tension springs, compression springs, and torsion springs in line with your requirements, and there are basically unlimited opportunities for what can be achieved within the 0.2-8 millimetres dimension range.
Our machinery is modern and highly automated with CNC controlling, vision monitoring and laser control. We can also offer special applications and additional functions, as well as the grinding of compression springs, shot peening, colour marking, hot tempering and burring.

Wires
Wire forming can be carried out on 0.2-12 millimetre thick wires. We have modern machinery at our disposal including edge bending machines with short resetting times adapted to medium to large volumes. Developing special tools for unique products is not a problem since we undertake the in-house design and manufacturing of wire forming tools.
We can also offer cold-heading of wires, threading and chamfering.

We offer both picking robots and welding robots if welding is included as part of the production of your product. The robot welding machine is CNC controlled and works on the principle of the latest technology, with first-rate precision and a high hourly capacity. We also have specialist competence for welding non spring-based wire. If necessary we can also design and build fixtures in our own service workshop.

Sheet metal
Spring Systems has extensive experience of small sheet metal parts and clips in spring steel materials. For sheet metal work we use a press force of 16-125 tons, but have resources for up to 315 tons. We also undertake threading directly in tools with automatic fitting of screws in conjunction with press operations. We have our own resources for surface treatment, such as electrogalvanization and chromating.
